so what are some good phones?

i need a new phone and i am looking at an android one to play pl and star legends however i cant seem to see any that will work (under $500AU)
and im not aloud to buy from ebay.

i was looking at the samsung galaxy 551 but i cant seem to find out if it can play games like pl and star legends.

EVO 4g now that I got an EVO 3D, the EVO 4g was nice with PL and SL

Not sure for ss551 but it should seeing the specs eventough they r low at least for PL.
There's a dedicated PL android forum in here btw. Might have better responses there.
If got time ill check later or saturday in shops if it run for sure.

You have quite some cash, why limiting yourself to the ss551? Keyboard priority?
Here in Belgium its summer sale, so lots of promotion. We can find htc desire z, chacha for that range of price. The new sony mini pro2 if available soon should be great for a good price too.
I prefer now full screen -> less moving parts, less buttons so less possibilities for breaking those on the long run. And also less expensive at same internal specs.

Anyway,
Things to consider if u want those PL/SL to play at least smoothly:
Minimum speed cpu 800+mhz
Min ram 512mb
