4/5 aimed(all but 10% dmg increase)

Last point can go into either packs or aimed. The heal on cast has been a lifesaver many times but the point of a rogue is dmg so whichever u prefer really

The OP didn't state that he wanted a VS build, the build specified is simply a "Lvl 11 rogue build"

What if he wants to clash? Or PVE/PVP? Don't assume that you know everything.. Also, Titanium is the second best twink ever, don't forget that.
