You are thinking only about yourself how much gold you can make.
We are thinking about comunity. Ankhs, glintstone coins and more are hard to get. So once in a year is right time to make those items easy farmable for comunity.i hope sts makes Gold eggs easy to craft. This mean they charge us all for play few months without many problems at same time. No ankhs no glintstone coins ......... ty sts
