No respond to my email

I emailed sts many times and still you didnt reply to my email. I always got this email after I email your support. I always received the platinum issue email. Why is it like this?

They don't reply your email because they are to busy, try to wait like 2-5 Days or even a week, if they still didn't reply, you should send another new email again..
And I don't completely understand what are you talking about

Support doesn't work on weekends.
And you might be blocked if you emailed them too many times (it'll get sent to their spam folder)
