Have you guys noticed, that some country banners are worth more than the other? (In Auc)

For example, South Korea (22k) is apparently worth less than USA and France (30k) but USA and France, are worth less than Philippines (35k) so on and so forth.

Kinda funny how that's.. Going on...

Not funny because any of the countries are bad in any way, but because of that little.. Detail..

Banner prices depend on demand, which in turn depends on number of players of that country.
There should be a banner called "No-man's land" for solo players .

No its not racist. France, South Korean and USA flag has 3 colors Red, White and Blue. Philippines on the other hand has Red, White, Blue and Yellow. Yellow color is expensive, and adds to the additional cost.

All those banner are sold for the very same price in the platinum store. the thing that caused those price differences is the fact that people bought those banners to convert their platinums for gold. The people who buy those flag banners are people proud of their country and want to show it. The gold value of those banners is ruled by the supply and demand rule. Judge countries by the value of their banner if you want, but I wouldn't do that.

Supply and Demand are the factors that decide the price of an item


The more quantity of an item, the supply curve/line shifts to the right, which causes price level to go down, demand to go down, and quantity to go up.

If more US players are playing the demand sould increse also.
The reason is not that... sorry.

IMO the gold price of flag banners show how a player base (of a country) willing to buy something for plat - or only for gold.

BTW I would like to craft flags - from color and shape ingredients - that would be FUN.

The only reason STS cannot release new country banners because if any one countries get it and others do not there's a fight.

Indian banner tho will be awesome but I don't think that's possible.

I think the reason why StS didn't make other country banners is because they made them for the countries with most log ins back then.

They don't know the real nationality of each player, they only know who connects from where.

A forums survey is a forum thing, and I didn't make a survey. Someone actually made a thread asking players to share their nationality. What I did was taking all the data and compilling it into another thread.
