I sent an email to the support of SpacetimeStudios nearly 4 days ago. In the same day when i sent the email i pmed a dev in this forum. I didn't get any response from the both sides whta happend sts

Its maybe your email is not their main priority atm but you should at least wait a lil bit longer tho instead of whining here. Remember, this is a community game. It's not you the only one they wanted to please.

There's usually a long line of people waiting for support, so give them some time. It's not fair for them to do yours before the people who submitted a ticket before you

Give STS sometime to get to you, They have a family they would like to spend time with also, im also waiting for them to respond to me, they work monday-friday if that helps you out
