Why can't we get kills in PvE with xp off?

I think it would be amazing idea for sts to make an option ''block PvE kills income'' as well as they did for xp, I as a lvl 15 twink do much PvE runs but I'm stuck on those 2500 kills, I'd like to show it off with 100k+ kills but unfortunately I can't, and also there are LB players that stay on certain level but still need kills income. So please, STS, change that I'm sure lot of people would agree with me.

because you can go to brackenridge and farm easy kills

PvE kills in tindrin have been disabled recently which should not have happened in my opinion. If you decide to nerf the mobs...please don't remove pve kills from them... or either don't nerf them at all. These light behind the scene modifications are totally uncalled for... Instead of renaming Tindrin maps as " Jewel Farm Maps" , STS should increase the drop rate while undoing the nerf and buff mechanisms..being followed surreptitiously. Rebuff the mobs while increasing the jewel drop rate. Currently tindrin are easier than Km3 and Wt4. No point in having so called "dungeon maps" in my opinion.

why wouldn't a level 15 farm kills in brackenridge?

I assume the game is structured this way in order to urge people to level up and go to endgame, which is the generally the point of MMOs. Twinking is an option, not something that STS has to cater to.
