I can't enter Elite Underhul

I have an error saying that I need to reach level 45 to go on Elite Southern Gate. My warrior is already level 46 and finished the normal map. Is this a bug or something?

It should say that you need to be level 55 to enter. I think that's a typo.

Underhul Elite is for 52 to 56 lvl. It was stated the time it was released.

It's should be for L55-56.
