This may be a good idea in theory but it's not going to be used.

I'm thinking 1 bar is 500 points.
Sam has 11 bars.
He has 5002 points.
The 11 subtract the 1 given at start is 10.
5000/10 is 500, so every 500 reputation points add one bar.
