pot vendor in pvp arena?

i have lost my ipod so have no screen shots but vincent the pot vendor was in the map ''tiny tombs'' i think thats what the map was called, is it a glitch? cos i saw him right after the patch a few days ago, was that meant to happen or what? when i find my ipod ill post screeny, dont hold your breath tho

I was wondering the same thing because that's not the only pvp map I have seen him in....lol

He is also found from spawn of red team at one of ctf maps. (can't remember name)

alien underground 5v5 map has him at every spawn point
