Funny thing is you recently ganged me with 3 tanks in Tdm that CONTINOUSLY stacked and spammed proc. Yet you weren't crying about the proc stacking then why not? Is it because you only cry when the proc isn't used in your favor? So ironic the way you see it when others do it but don't see it when your "friends/Best tanks" do it.
He's a decent mage. He killed me once. Pretty good at surviving. 3-1 Btw.

You don't need to be in a pvp guild to gang in random matches. But as i said its hilarious at the way you are asking for a nerf if you use various tanks that proc stack continously. Basically your saying only the tanks you choose shouldn't be nerfed and the rest of the tanks should.
