War hp drop 2,300 after charged jugg?

My war hp drops 2,300 pts after I trigger a charged jugg...is the drop in hp normal/supposed to happen?

Both...odd I respec took the 10 mastery points out of jugg and now it doesn't do it. I'm gonna respec and put 10 points back in jugg mastery and c of it does it again. Well...it seems to be working right now, can't get it to to do it...that's good.

jugg supposed to boost ur hp..idk why should it makes ur hp drop that much..means u are food in both pvp and pve if u using it lmao

Just checked it with a friend of mine, his jugg did not drop HP.
