Thx Kazi for the detailed explanation of both pendants. I only thought tank one just gave hp from crystals didn't know about the rest.

You mean planar pendant? If yes then you still could craft it if you have the recipe. The recipe is very cheap now just search recipe in cs and you'll found it. You need 120 ancient planar essence, 1dragonite bar, mythic planar relic( 250k ), rutger essence, frostir essence, glob essence. You could find boss essence in planar arena, but remember to bring your relic or you wont granted any boss essence

Gave up on the cryoworm pendant today. It's not bad as far as more stats for damage and the poison/heal is working as intended. The problem I found is that you just don't feel it working. At least who the Planar pendant when it procs, you feel like a God and the push back stun is nice! Jewel power up afterwards is a little more fun as well.
