    Default Planar Pendant vs. Level 54 Arcane Pendant

    For this post, I will go in depth and analyze the Planar Pendant against every single variation of the Level 54 Arcane Pendant (assuming that they're clean). Also,as a side note, I will unfortunately leave out the damage stat because the way that is calculated is too complex for me to do, so I will only take a look at the other stats. Sorry! Also, I will also calculate stats based on the stat mechanics of each class. The stats in parenthesis is the stat difference between the Arcane Pendant and the Planar Pendant.

    Now that I've finally got that out of the way (that sure took a very long time to do), lets finally move on to the procs!

    Planar Pendant Proc (I found this info from an old post, so I'm not sure if this is actually correct)

    -Mage: Chance on taking damage to knock back enemies, and spawn 3 crystals. Crystals remove status effects and provide +5.00 Damage and +15 INT for 10 seconds.

    -Rogue: Chance on taking damage to knock back enemies and spawn 3 crystals. Crystals provide +15 DEX, +15% Crit, and +15% Dodge for 10 seconds.

    -Tank: Chance on taking Damage to knock back enemies and spawn 3 crystals. Crystals provide +15 Damage, +25% Health, +50 Armor, and regenerates 0.5 health every second for 10 seconds.

    Cryoworm Heart Proc
    Chance on taking damage to poison (called inflicted) attacker,stunning the attacker (if non-boss or non-player) and causing the attacker to take damage every second and healing you on tick for 4 seconds. This will usually heal and cause about 1200-1400 damage (in total,so that's 300-350 per tick).

    Anyways, that is it! I will let you decide which pendant is better, but here is my opinion.

    The Planar Pendant dominates the Cryoworm Heart pendant in every possible way. Here is something that is a bit embarrassing about the Cryoworm Heart. There is another pendant that also has a poison on hit proc as well (it doesn't have heal nor stun). This is the Blighted Amulet from the 2014 Goblin Event. It is a Legendary pendant. The proc does less damage compared to the Cryoworm Heart, but can proc super duper often giving a big advantage over the Cryoworm Heart proc wise. I'm not saying that the pendant is bad because it really can make a good and easier to obtain alternative if you don't have the Planar Pendant and the proc is bearable, but should be tweaked a bit. The proc chance is very low. I understand that because you will pretty much be invincible if it procs often, though I think that the proc needs these changes:
    1.Poison should spread to enemies because 1 enemy is just not saving my behind.
    2.If the proc chance gets buffed (preferably to 10%-25% of the Blighted Amulet's proc's chance),and a spread is implemented,allow the heal only heal based on the DoT of the enemy that first got affected by Inflicted.
    3.Extend duration to 10 seconds. 4 seconds isn't enough.

    I really see HUGE potential in this pendant. I really want it to live up to the 'Arcane' title and I understand that StS wants to keep the power curve of items stable, but its just a bit too low right now.
