U need 3 energy kits (from auction house), and 5 fragment relics, droped around Arlor....
And u need recipe, that u can buy from token vendor in Litlleridge....it cost 75 goblin coins...

1 energy kit is +- 15k so 15k x 3 = 45k, the relic fragments are free.. In AH/CS are those crafted relics 50k +- so you can w8 15mins and save 5k a relic or just buy from stone ^~^
