One Imp Question

I'm busy on exams till 20th may.
Will event be available for a week after 20th then i can reach atleast gold tier. I don't wanna interrupt my study for game. And what about lb players? Is logistic, bootiful on lb? Who is on top 3 ? I wanna play AL again, ill be free in summer vacations.

Event will end on 19, and cooldown on 20,
