Do the elite runer chest still drop?

I made several elite runs but i didnt get any elite runner chests. Those chests r still droping or those were removed?

While doin aps for elite brackenridge i loot bronze elite runner chest a lot from mobs

While helping my frnd yesterday in Tindirin elite, got 3 gold elite runner chests in under 5 runs.. Got jewel elixer in them too.

If you dont use a lepre you wont find them too often not impossible just harder.
