Me and Kobe pulled this off with the help of a Noobmigo and Kobe trained tank. In a week or so. It's possible, you don't even have to use elixirs except for a little in CTK and the free one in Plasma with a nuke friend helping.

just get a good team to run with you! i managed to get to lvl 50 within a week w/o elixers

Lol my mission is to get my level 53 to 56 before SL comes out. Im failing pretty much....but ill get back on it...maybe next year...
