Arc dagger because the stun skill is really good for getting crowd control and why i wouldn't use the runesteel is that it blocks your'e skills if the daggers proc like it says in the description

Pvp - dragon hunter ones
Tombs, low elites - runesteel
Harder elites - dragon hunter
arc dags hands down
