right, but what i'm saying is the second row of skill slots can't be written onto. they remain shiny and blank

lol i'm retarded. kept getting the ""skill is not ranked" message
since the skill came to me automatically, i thought i could put it on my bar. didn't realize i had to spend points on it to use it
