I used to play in a game that had a new monthly item every month.
Old monthly items remained available, but the price of past items went up exponentially.

Bringing these back would be really unfair for those who did the grind to their respective lvls. Why should you be able to simply buy it when they had to spend hours and hours running the dungeons for them?
As for me, i would like Halloween items, i rejoined properly just after 2011 halloween after barely playing for about half a year-a year. And im currently trying to find a costume for my mage with the 'Dark and mysterious' theme so Halloween could be a great help there!
