    Question transfering non tradable items to another account

    i have created my new account before brood of syrillax event but i have 2014 elondria event banner and 2015 elondria and necropolis banners in my 2 old accounts
    so is transfering non tradable items to another account possible?

    Note: Sorry for my bad English
