Kt4 or Km3 for Xp

So i was running kt4 (withought any xp buffs at all) and realized i only gained about 150 xp per run each run taking about 2 minutes 30 seconds
Meanwhile when I run km3 for locks (still no xp buffs) i was getting about the same and a minite off the time
In the end is it worth running kt4? Or should i sacrafice (potentially) a little xp and run km3 and get xp and farm locks?
I ask because im planning on buying a 7day xp and want to maximize my leveling up efficiency.
Im lvl47 if that matters

Farm KM3, money and still pretty good xp.

KT4 may be a little faster, but you'll make lots of money grinding KM3.
