The healing move

So i'm sure its been mentioned before but the healing move, sorry I don't know the name, only heals 2 out of the three times. This is annoying.

Thank you! When you hit the button, or at least when I do, it will just splash green. Than midway through the moves duration it will heal and than at the end.

Empathy definitely seems broken again. Animation applies the buff, bit it only heals twice again. Broken.
