What's all this have to do with running maps better? Many interesting ideas but still....I don't get it :\

Exactly first time i saw it i thought of SIMS game... For sure when this comes we could only read books in those houses cause game will be unplayable cause ping and dcs. And its embarrasing that for non plat players there is only 1 house that can hold only 5 things in it.

Yes, there are two different clients out. Once we deprecate the old one Guild commands will be back.

May I ask what the point in character-specific houses is? If I buy house on warrior my mage is homeless? why? expensive enough imo

EDIT: I mean 1k plat is quite a lot of money so why do we have to pay it more than once if we want house on more than one character??

Plus what you have to pay for the upkeep. Game getting to greedy for my taste

Hey nobody is forced to buy a home and it makes no difference in pve or pvp whether you own one. Cheapest home is 25k gold and upkeep costs 3 days of bard quests per week. Plus you can sell home items you loot in maps. Is that what you mean by "greedy?"

At the moment, I don't have a single reason to purchase a house, apart from its vanity (and I think I am quite into ingame vanity). Sure, it's fun. I love visiting other people's homes, but that's about it.

What I would really like, is for a mailbox to be part of the housing system. It's not going to affect pve or pvp, but I'm sure everyone will appreciate it.

Mailbox is a global system we're considering as well, though probably not part of housing.
