A refresh button for the app

Hey devs, I think a great feature you can add to this app is a refresh button so as new things are posted we can be kept up to date with them. Please post your thoughts about this everyone.

all you do is click that top button then home to refresh

Anyways i usually just log out then back in and it refreshes but yes a refresh button would be nice.
