Iridium Sleeves

I have noticed along with all the other commandos and players that the iridium sleeves do not exist! Please make them available as drops.

I seen a guy in KoC spamming in town that he was trading for the Iridium Sleeves. I tried to save him the trouble and let him know they didn't exist yet and he told me to stfu. Some people
