Jewel elixir bug

Today I looted 2 chaos jewel elixir from eliterunner chest. Trying to use it I find that it don't work. In 30 min while my elixir work I don't get any chaos jewel.

I run elite underhul and try to use it. I thought chaos jeweled dropping in underhul, isn't it?

I generally loot 125 cracked worth per jewel elixir (damaged count as 3)
