Now I have the game requesting my apple id every 20 minutes and log in and main menu. Now its say when i get on that is updating pending purchases but yet i never bought anything and its been saying this for half and hour. And im really in the mood to play right now.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling (not sure if that will make it go away), or just logging in when it asks. When this happens, it's Apple's code trying to process previously created transactions, usually after their verification service has been down (which it was last night).

If you can, just wait at the pending screen. The problem won't go away until Apple's servers validate the transaction while you're still waiting there. We're working on something on this side, but it will take a while to implement. In the meantime, waiting at the pending screen is the best thing you can do.
