What To Do With Old Plat Items?

So I have never bought anything plat until SL came out. Now I have equipment that is better than the plat stuff. What exactly can I do with it now? If anything. Thanks.

I would like to say no to that, i have 11 alts, yes 11 all 20+, i cant even sell them to get even some gold
I would like an option to see how we can get rid of it, or give it away

If you hold it long enough there is a chance it wwill become discontinued at which point you can sell it for a lot :-) I know discontinued plat items in PL fetch a decent price anyways... I've got a few sets of plat geat too so im hoping that like PL it makes good twinking gear

Perhaps STS could consider a sell back to store option for half the platinum or less.

eg. Purchase a 10 plat. helm and sell back for 5 plat.

As far as I know plat items can be traded once they have been discontinued , which is what I said :-) but I have been wrong in the past...

Never know tank... I'm hoping sts makes the beta plat stuff tradeable lol...

As it stands though, you can't sell or trade them, so... its one of those "you can't get blood from a stone" moments...
