New patch problems

The new patch you guys just released has issues!! My phone can not download it! I have tried over 20 times & everytime it goes up to 90-95% it gets disconnected from the server. I don't know what is up with this patch. It's called client03.pak. Can you guys fix this? Either make it smaller so I can download it in 2 parts so it won't crash during dowload or release a new one.

Fix should be up thx to asommers and futumsh. 3g users who are having the issue please delete and reinstall. Thanks!
