Question regarding Flame Forged Staff

I just wanna know if the Wildfire proc has a fixed damage output or does it depend on the player's damage stats? Thanks

Not sure myself the damage out put but it seems to does more when ignite and reignite... Two mage with flame forge have better chance of making wild fire would be nice to know the damage output too if anyone knows

It appears to be fixed damage. Testing briefly on mobs in elite Nordr (without pet) damage was the same whether my damage was 1180 or below 900. That said the variance was wide from just over 200 to roughly 400 - much more on crit.

The damage of Wildfire actually increases over time. First, it will start out at a value of like 80,then it will slowly work its way up into values like 200 the longer the proc lasts.

I use hexstone, and as i noticed wildfire proc is better then in time when staff come out, so prolly they fix it. I am satisfied with it.

It is not fixed. I tested with my best gear in elite jurn woods and I was critting 400 dmg. Then I removed all of my gear except the staff. I was critting 280-300.

Damage seemed to impact the wildfire. How often it crits also is effected by your crit percentage. Being that I had to remove all of my gear for a 25% change in damage, it seems like the damage impact is marginal. However the number of crits changed very noticeably so I think that has more of a 1:1 type of relationship
