Elite Cryo Chamber, Dev read this!

So me, Darksaphiraa, Shakerid and Maxzyro were playing Elite Cryo Chamber and boss was literly 1%, about to die and than this popped up.


Dear STS , I love playing this game but not like this. We wasted tons of ankhs and than we dont even get the chance to loot something? I would like a refund, last time with elite hugal boss bug (when elites got introduced) I also asked for refund of ton of ankhs but this time i'm not gonna ask but demand. I wish at least 1 ankh kit in stash or just add our ankhs we wasted there and in Elite Citadel back to our satchel, Elite Citadel aswell cuse the goal was to kill the heart, not the last boss.
I'm done with this sort of stuff!

P.S. Check your server history so you are sure I'm not a liar!

I am not going there ever again!!!! Only i get there is nervous break down cause my rogue can not move because ping spikes it goes over 10k... How can avoid pools???? How can i kill healing circle when i cant move to reach it...how can i stay alive when i cant move?????? Spent 40+ ankhs cause your own mistake!!!! We complain about laggs dcs and ping spikes like crazy and what you give us???? Houses and more useless things that makes game even more lag... Do not dare to ask us to fill again any form saying:whats your location,device,connection cause all is perfect in all other games except in yours! For this game i think not even NASA devices wouldnt help to play this game smoothly.
And finalllllllyyyyy we reached cryo boss,he had 1% health and i end up in expedition camp!!!! What???????
Yes nice you made houses really cause in week or two all we could do is to stay inside and sit on chairs! This is game and game we should play! So number 1 priority without any excuses ever again is fixing these pings! Cause i want to play the game not struggle with things that arent my fault or my device or internet provider fault!

King Northal if hitted before stayes awake till we kill it even if system says he should go napping again. This cryo boss should be same. We reached it,took his 99% hp and we were blasted from map this would really maje everyone mad really...time spent,potions,elixirs,ankhs and nerves
