They are rarely on and its random when they are, as they have jobs delivering us great content for the future.

Use the search button, this has been answers many may times before.

It took 6 months before i got my first ones from a dev.

Can usually catch Sam or G on before a patch update I see one of them on nearly every time I'm on during system announcements.

I've never seen Boomer IG, but I see Thade, Fut, and assomers on occasion, and I have Sam friended, so him on alot. Other than that I saw Santa Claws, whichever that dev was and Droid. But that's it.

Justs was on a few times during sl beta and I saw him once after android release. Antennas are usually given for a week or so and then you must wait for a different color. Contests and dev give aways are the only way to get them.

I dont have android...not rly sure why its in this section anyway...but i saw dracky right after update. Gave away 2 xperia buttons and firey antenna.
