Good build IMO. Have a comparable build on my lv 30 mage. I've heard other people that use almost that exact build on their voodoo mages too, and they seem to be doing great with it

No res - fail. Res is a buff that can be used on self too.
No Ice Storm - fail. You can't combo AOE, which is bad.

I don't agree with that statement.

About res, the 1 armor, m/s and dmg are fairly worthless, as compared to another point u can spend in either heal or 1 of your dmg spells.

And ice storm, the range is way shorter as compared to frostbite, and fb allows you to perform your combo too. I'm mostly talking 1vs1 here btw. For CTF it's definitely a useful skill to have IMO
