Missing Quest Hint "Search Weapon Lockers on Delta-7"

Does anyone know what quest I am missing? I'm sitting at 9/10, already killed the Miner and finished his quest, but my hint is "Search Weapon Lockers on Delta-7" for the last quest and I just can't find it. I've walked every map and interacted with every object I could. I have tried talking to every NPC on Blackstar. I'm totally at a loss!

if you actually go to one of the stages on delta 7, sorry that i cant remember which one, but there are lockers on the wall that you have to open (NOTE: i had the same problem and was irked, you must stand and kiss the locker close to open.)

Thought that was the offices not delta 7? Maybe mistaken haven't complete other quests since 34/34

Anything else about the level? What was the boss? What types of enemies were there? I already went through everything on Delta-7 and didn't find it.

I got the quest from a terminal in Dead Man and completed by opening all the boxes there. Hope this helps.

Seriously? The zone that I ran over and over and over grinding to 20 somehow contained a quest that I never saw?! I'll go back and be more thorough I guess...

I got that quest from opening a chest/stash on Rockfall Caves. Easy quest, if I remember correctly.

I got the quest from a terminal in Dead Man and completed by opening all the boxes there. Hope this helps.

I got the quest from the terminal here but completed it in rockfall caves, the storage locker to the left as you enter...get the password first.

Ahh I may have been wrong. Its been a while since I completed the old quests. Sorry for misleading info.
