How to craft arc pendant brooch to arc pendant heart?

Pls guys I need to know how to upgrade my arc pendant brooch of slayer to arc pendant heart of slayer? What do I need to do and what things is necesary, pls.

1.Talk to this person:

2.Do what ever task she asks you to do and after you are done with the task,your pendant will be turned back into a Warrior's Unidentified Cryoworm Brooch
3.DO NOT OPEN THE CHEST!!! It will be used as an ingredient to craft this:

4.After your Warrior's Unidentified Cryoworm Brooch is done,open it and it is now level 54.
5.If you do not like the type you received,you can turn it back into a Warrior's Unidentified Cryoworm Brooch and craft the Warrior's Unidentified Cryoworm Brooch again and open it again,hopefully getting the type that you wanted.
6.Please note that you will need a few Arcane Shards.
