Do i only have this issue with screen freeze on pc for like +20 times in day since housting update or anyone else is having the same issue too ?

my screen freeze whenever my messenger pops in after the update

Yes I'm on the same boat. It happens when I open a window like auction, stable, inventory, stash, craft, etc.
But it seems fine when I run maps.
