Hey guys i made a new warbird
I wanna get to level 30 to pvp
I have all gear, just need help on what base stats and skills

assuming the helm is str:

str - 73
dex - 81

if the helm is dex for whatever reason:

str - 80
dex - 74

max both buffs of course. if you plan on using cruel blast (which i think you should) you only need 1 shat, and damage is based off of Blast shot. Break armor i'm told isn't too important so could be left at 1. You'll want one repulse for kiting/juking, and one thorns to avoid being kited. Blind is a good way to drop mages since it's unhealable and pretty much guarantees you'll survive their nuke, best effects if maxed.

so at least:

6 focus and evade
1 break
1 repulse
1 blind
1 thorns root (i recommend root over wall for the dodge debuff. Wall only has aoe range and bleed proc)
4 blast (the more of this you have, the stronger your cruel blast will be)
1 shattering scream

the rest is for you to figure out.... Or someone else to help you with... I'm still learning birds >.>
