Unable to play AL on my windows 7 laptop? Help please!

I bought a windows 7 laptop off of ebay and am unable to play Arcane legends, I installed Chrome, added AL. It starts but I get this message "Oops! Your graphics have failed to initialize, you probably need to update your video card driver!" Idk what to do..... Anyone have the same thing happen to them? Any and all help is appreciated. I want to play and the event starts soon :P

not all laptops are compatible with AL unfortunately. Although it's just flash based, it needs to have a decent video card and drivers installed. You can try and update all the drivers for the laptop, but if it still doesn't work, it could mean the laptop just can't.

Try to download torch browser and play through it

Same was with me but now I mostly play on my phone. I used to use old version of chrome as a workaround. The ver . 34 or 36 might work. Google doesn't allow archiving of old chrome versions so you might not find any trustworthy download and will have to risk from unknown sources, the problem is graphics card as kaka said.
