LF>Persistant Players for Farming Runs!

I'm looking for the following:
1 TANK! Bear(must be good at pulling)
2 Dex Birds
2 Pallies/Mages.

I'll be hosting runs in Sewers(Hideout+Catacombs) tomorrow and doing a few Shadow Cave Runs to try and get a few good pinks!

What I'm looking for is mainly level 56 people with good gear-level 55 stuff.
And a good knowledge on how to use their class.
Also, a bear that can pot armor and pull/tank for us in shadow cave, a bird/warbird that can blast shot in shadow caves. That's about it.
Oh, and also we need people who can stay for a long time!
