Major error with my account

I should have 190 points and 1 more point to my skills.
Via- 5x38=190 and one skill point (38 skill points all together) but i have 37! And 85!

I think that's how its supposed to be. If your lv 40, you have only leveled up 39 times, see what I'm saying.

Look at a few pages of peoples builds most have all skills maxed at 5, and an last with only 4.

I also noticed this when respecing. It's kinda like how the second millennium was actually 2001.

The real only comment I have is at lvl 1 u don't get skill points or attribute points keep that in mind as well

But if you respec at a lvl 40 you have 196 points, he has 185 at level 38 so he gets 5 more per level so he would get 10 and 10 plus 185 equals 195 not 196. IDK if my math is right, just double checking, I am a little confused lol!

if you respec at lvl 40, you should have 195 stats pts (39 lvls x 5) and 39 skill pts to play with . At Lvl 38, he should have 185 (37 x 5) and 36 Skill pts.
