Also take a look at stat of bow, if refer to sts plan itemization bow shoud have more dmg but hit one target and daggs less dmg but hit few targets, take a look on this please!

It's more like Death body, once you see the bow proc, while your character is on fire, the next few auto attack you will see a dead skeleton at the bottom of any mob you hit with your auto.

You can't use the bow the same way you use the daggers. You pointed out something important: daggers hit up to 3 targets, bow hits just one. But that autoattack hits twice as hard on one target as that of the daggers, and when the bow proc is in effect that autoattack will hit like a truck on elite bosses. Skill damage wise the bow loses slightly to the daggers because of the lower base damage, but that was never the forte of the bow. It was always about its autoattack.
Why do we fall? So that we can rise again.

dagger performance is better on mobs by far because death hands(bow) isnt proccing (aoe part of proc)

on pvp further tests needed, but from my experience bow didnt make big difference on vs with arcane sword warr on high gear range some say it does and its suppose to
bow has less skill dmg close to 200 this leads dagger is hitting harder aims. Also another factor is dodge on basic atack of bow, its dodging on rogue and bow losing its backbone power
    not to mention armor difference

i have tried boths this is what i observed
get both they sayi why i sayi its already darn expensive and why would rogue be the only class to have both arcane weaps

overall dagger does the damage on mobs and gives surviveability but bow wins on boss , harder it gets on boss the better bow becomes
BUT there aren't many high healt boss we farm unless you guys farm elite underhul or tombs

bow needs a buff i favor bow emotionally and i like using bow i dont wanna be disappointed if it gets behind the shadow of dagger

you can do the vs by yourself check prices of bow and dagger on auc bow 5m dagger 9? that tells the story

ATLEAST fix the death hands proc so we can do aoe dmg in weak mobs like crypts
    Yep same results here

I honestly prefer arc dagger over the bow the bow maybe useful when making dmg in the distance but the arc dagg r better for my stats

Arcane bow is good for pvp/bosses
I used the arcane bow on ursoth
It was like mage dragon staff DoT ( if you charge basic )
But the thing i like about this bow
When you keep charge and hit mob or boss with bow
    It can re-proc again
So you can have the proc stay for 30 sec or more if you lucky
Imagine boss health, it would go down very quickly
    Try it, its very cool
And the chancd to proc close to dragon hunter dagger
