You should have 15 points already. Go to your avatar screen and click on "Update Stats" to spend them.

I don't see the tab on avitar screen for some reason? I'm guessing should be located where it is in pl?
When you start a new character "auto leveling" is enabled. Your stat points are auto added for you. Click disable auto
leveling on your avatars page to add your own stat points.

I just spent 30 minutes scouring the forum, trying to figure out why I couldn't update stats! I thought it was a iOS glitch. Nope...just my own noobiness!
