As we announced here: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...-ing-The-Recap only items 45 and up were adjusted to have lower stat requirements. We wanted to evaluate the change to items before committing to changing all of Pocket Legends. So, yes your level 20 twink dual spec character will not really work right now. We will be looking things over next week and continuing to change all items or, if we feel this change didn't work out, taking a different tact to address the problem.
