How do i advise a player for the ban hammer?

I've run into a couple players that won't stop running their mouths and saying horrible things to me and other players. Their names are xxxrenzxxx(in Pocket legends), combatking(in Star Legends). I warned them and I don't know how to report what they are doing. I've reported them in game but nothing happens. Any advice?

Reporting them is already sufficient. If you think it's a grave matter, take a screenshot and email to support separately.

Just let them know that it's rude, and may lead to account suspension. If they retaliate, only adds proof to the report.
