Horus pre patch as good as Horus post patch?

So i saw that the stats on the "elite" weapons were supposed to be boosted as of tonight and i was wondering if that was just on future drops to be gotten or things we have in our stash as well. I only ask cause i have a horus bow pre patch and i dont see any stat changes thanks.

IDK, I didn't notice anything on my Horus bow, I will check again though. However my Horus bow did have some changes for the boosts!
