"On to Blackstar" Quest

It says talk to Capt Regis Hart and she keeps telling me to talk to CEO next to me, but when I do that He says "thanks for everything". For some reason the quest still says incomplete. Is there something I am missing? In-game name is KackNbellz

Sry this is happining ive had quest problems befor but not this one maybe you should finish and come back to that one. or ifts its a bug talk to every one and everyhting you can.
