Tapjoy '' Free Platinums '' problem.

Hi, I would like Dev's attention, please..

There's a problem on my '' Free Platinums '' thing, and that problem is on Pocket Legends too..
The problem is that there's only 2 applications, in both, and they have been there for a week or so now.. SCREEN :



so I can't get some free Platinums..
It's weird because it only does that on my iPhone, because when I was on holidays at London, I was using an iPad and there were 25+ Apps..
Please, fix this quick, I really need Platinums.

Oh, and when I press on an App to get my free Platinum offer, it says '' Problem 505... '' ..
I hope you'll do something, thanks a lot !

What country are you in right now?

I'm pretty sure the offers are based on where you are located, and Tapjoy thinks you're in a location that only has those 2 apps available to you right now.

In france, and it's been 1 WEEK already, and still same 2 Apps !

It's as flickz said really. You'll have to contact tapjoy's support channels. Nothing they can do about it here
