That's freaking comical. Did the email mentioned what is excessive and what isn't? You know?... so we can start dummy farming moderately.
I kinda understand it, since they can't do away with dummy farming...they probably understand if some do it to maintain spot from those that are. However, if you're caught doing it and disrupting the entire LB in the process, I think that is when they take action.
